This image is a map highlighting earthquakes in California on October 18th. The quakes are located near Ridgecrest and Los Angeles. In total there are 5 earthquakes located on the map with a magnitude between 2.6 and 3.8. There is also a red line on the map, marked as the San Andreas Fault.
Other labels on the map include location labels for Nevada, San Diego, Lancaster, Riverside, Bakersfield and the water label for the Pacific Ocean. Road numbers 40, 50, 5 and 99 are placed on the map as well.
On the bottom left there is a north arrow and a scale bar for 40 miles. On the bottom right there is an inset map showing where in the state this is located.
